Retailer and Distributor registration charges are non-refundable once the account has been successfully activated and access credentials have been provided.
Fees paid for PAN services, PAN Find, GST services, Insurance, ITR, DSC, MSME and other digital services are generally non-refundable after successful processing.
Wallet balance once added is generally non-refundable. However, users may request a refund of their unused wallet balance by contacting our support team through registered email.
Refund requests are subject to verification of account details, transaction history and available wallet balance. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment source or designated bank account.
Any balance already utilized for services, purchases or transactions shall not be eligible for refund.
If payment is deducted from your account but the service is not delivered due to technical issues, eligible refunds may be processed after verification.
Refunds will only be considered where the transaction is genuinely unsuccessful and the amount has not been utilized for any service.
In case of duplicate payments for the same transaction, the excess amount may be refunded after verification by our support team.
Approved refunds may take 5 to 10 working days depending on banking systems, payment gateways and financial institutions involved.
Once a digital service request has been submitted for processing, cancellation may not be possible.
Cancellation requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and subject to service provider policies.
Certain services are processed through government portals, payment gateways and third-party providers. Refunds related to such services shall be governed by their respective policies wherever applicable.
